Every member of your Health Quest Homecare team has been interviewed, screened and pre-qualified using the following protocols:

• A thorough Background Investigation Screening
• Positive Reference Checks
• A DMV Record Screening
• Successful completion of written/verbal communication testing
• Successful completion of homecare skill testing
• Comprehensive Homecare Orientation and specialized training

All potential Health Quest Homecare employees must provide the following documentation prior to hire:

• Current Automobile Liability Insurance
• Proof of Annual Physical
• Current Tuberculosis Screening
• A signed Patient Confidentiality Agreement
• If State certified, a copy of current Certification

Each member of the Health Quest Homecare team is an "employee" of the Company.

Physicians and Case Managers can refer Health Quest Homecare with confidence, knowing there are no liabilities to themselves or their patients. All deductions required by the State of California and the Federal Government, pertaining to employment, are deducted by the Company.
